Blake Crouch’s Run delivers a high-octane blend of science fiction and suspense, throwing readers into a gripping, breakneck journey of survival. The story follows a family on the run after a mysterious nationwide event turns ordinary people into deadly threats. With nonstop action, escalating tension, and deeply personal stakes, Run is the kind of book that demands to be devoured in one sitting. While the pacing is nearly flawless, the ending leaves much to be desired. Still, for fans of thrillers with a sci-fi twist, this one’s a ride worth taking. 

I couldn’t put this one down—but I sure wish I knew why everything happened when I closed the final page.
