The concept is compelling and the social commentary important, but the execution leaned heavily into literary stylization, leaving her with more questions than answers. The narrative is often abstract, with rapid tone shifts and a writing style that can feel intentionally chaotic.
A powerful and unsettling dystopian mirror that left me thinking long after the final page.
