Welcome to the Character Led Leadership 101 Course!

We invite you to begin with the Getting Started Lesson below, to get a primer for what Character Led Leadership is all about. After that, you may proceed with the following videos.

Each lesson offers a Study Guide at the end to use as a tool for examining your character. Also, if you haven’t already make sure to download the 7 Practices for Overcoming Your Leadership Struggles eBook as we refer it to it often in this course

Study Guide

Take a few minutes to reflect and jot down the answers to each of these questions:

• Who comes to mind when you think of a character led leader? What about that person stands out to you? How was their leadership rooted in strong character?
• When was a time that you or someone close to lacked character in leadership? How did that impact you and others? How might that situation have been different if a strong character had been developed and exercised?
